As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, my aim is to assist individuals struggling with mental health and/or addiction issues, by helping them to explore, identify, and better understand factors that contribute to negative patterns in their lives. I encourage and support my clients in developing personal plans of action to challenge and break free from those patterns.

I obtained my master’s degree in Clinical Counseling as well as a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. My clinical foundation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, but I borrow techniques from other approaches as well. With over ten years of experience in the field, I have provided clinical services at every level of treatment, from emergency inpatient and crisis services, to outpatient therapy. I most recently served as the clinical supervisor at a local program providing both mental health and addiction treatment.
