As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I provide an open and empathetic space for individuals to work through life's challenges and stressors.  Currently, I specialize in working with individuals 12 years and older in areas pertaining to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship with food, LGBTQI+ issues and life changes. 

In utilizing a collaborative and client-centered approach, I support clients in goal setting, processing complicated emotions, and improving their quality of life.  I often utilize evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and person-centered techniques. 

After a change in career, I obtained my Master of Social Work degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2016.  My experience has been working with children and adults in community mental health and outpatient private practice settings. I have worked with individuals addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, eating disorders, obsessive behaviors, relationship dynamics and life transitions.
