Outpatient therapist 

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my goal is to partner with and empower my clients to shift their relationship with disordered thoughts and difficult feelings, and align with their identified values and goals so they can live full and meaningful lives. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults recovering with eating disorders and have experience working across the continuum of care including Residential, Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient. 

 I received my Bachelors in psychology from Cabrini College and my Master's Degree in Social Work from West Chester University.  

 My approach is client-centered, strengths based and often incorporates principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I also recognize the healing power of the human-animal dynamic and am passionate about integrating animal-assisted therapeutic interventions whenever possible.
